What is Botox® ?

This popular treatment temporarily reduces or eliminates frown
lines, forehead creases, and crows' feet near the eyes.  It ultimately
gives skin a smoother appearance.  Injections of botulinim toxin block
nerve impulses and temporarily relax the muscles that cause wrinkles. 
Within days after a few injections, you'll see a noticeable improvement in

How is Botox® administered?

No anesthesia is needed. Before the treatment, your doctor will determine
where to administer the injections.  You'll be asked to make a few facial
expressions to assess your ability to move certain muscles in your brow area. 
You'll receive a few tiny injections. The entire procedure takes approximately
ten minutes.

Am I a candidate for Botox® ?

You'll be asked if you have certain allergies.  Botox® cannot be
administered to people suffering from certain neuromuscular disorders such
as myasthenia gravis, ALS or Lambert-Eaton syndrome.  Botox®
