Dr. Hawkins is a board certified physician.  He is a graduate of the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.  He received his undergraduate degree from Benedictine University.  Dr. Hawkins is certified as an injector of Botox and Dermal Filler.   He is also certified as a Sclerotherapy injector.  He is a member of the American Bariatric Society, the Chicago Medical Society and the American Osteopathic Association.

In addition, Dr. Hawkins is board certified as an Obstetrician/Gynecologist.  He practices at Aishling OB/Gyn in Sandwich and Yorkville.  Dr. Hawkins lives in Yorkville with his wife and seven children.
